Surroundings

Punta Prima lies on the Mediterranean coast some 40 minutes drive south of Alicante aerodrome, and around 30 minutes drive from the mixed military and passenger air field at San Javier, Murcia.

Located on the beach, Punto Prima is a large mixed urbanisation of apartments, townhouses and villas, some 5 kilometres to the south west of Torrevieja.

Beaches
The local beaches have earned a staggering sixty-seven European Blue Flags and vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pine wood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches extending many kilometres.

Torrevieja
Torrevieja has a fabulous range of facilities, including the lovely esplanade with its outdoor cafes and harbour area - perfect for an evening stroll. It also has many shops, tapas bars and restaurants, which are open all year round, plus an incredible indoor market that sells a huge variety of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. 



Markets
You can find a market near Punta Prima every day of the week along the coast and inland. The market at Playa Flamenca, which is held on Saturday mornings, is certainly one of the best and easiest to walk around. It is well worth a visit, and takes place adjacent to the resort.

The area around the villa offers you the opportunity for an active holiday. There are many golf courses nearby and within 30 minutes drive of the resort you will find a suitable course for all players. The villa is located right next to a popular paddle facility. Why not try mountain biking, hiking or water sports.​
