This luxurious villa has 5 beautiful and variously decorated rooms with soothing and hamonious touch. All rooms have double beds, ensuite bathrooms. There is a large kitchen and dining area in the villa.

Great terraces, heated swimming pool and living areas, several outdoor dining spots, an outdoor kitchen, privacy and large pool area makes it a great holiday house and retreat location.

The surroundings are calm and quiet, however you are still close to Punta Prima village - with shops, restaurants and cafés, and Alicante is only 40 minutes away.

The Villa Punta Prima property offers you luxury in a relaxed environment.
Here you live privately with proximity to most things.

You sleep in one of the five double rooms all with a high hotel standard. Indoors you use a fantastic industrial kitchen or the dining room with incredible space and beams in the ceiling. Finish the evening in the lounge in front of one of the villa's two fireplaces.

Outdoors you enjoy the pool area which is a secluded oasis with sun loungers, daybed, outdoor shower and much more. Cooking and socializing are done in the outdoor kitchen or at the barbecue area by the herb garden.

The lush property also has many different dining areas and a pergola with lounge chairs for relaxing socializing.

During your stay you always have access to a Prima Retreat host.
